Red is an American christian rock band. One interesting fact is that they released this album "End of Silence" on 6th June 2006 (666). They were nominated for Grammy award in " Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album" at 49th Annual Grammy Awards.
The song "Breathe into me" peaked at #15 on the US mainstream rock chart and it won the "rock recorded song of the year" award at GMA Dove awards in 2007.
Their music influence are from Disciple, three days grace, breaking benjamin, chevelle, seether, puddle of mudd and sevendust. They also sounds a bit like Linkin park without the rap part from Mike Shinoda. They wrote songs about how God changed their lives, becoming new person, how to move on with lives etc.
Try Them ! Forget about Hillsons / Planetshakers... i've already sick of their music.
